Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp Melted Butter Do not add warm butter
- ½ Cup Milk Do not add warm milk
- 5 pieces Kiri Cheese Cut each piece into 4 cubes
Dry Ingredients
- 1 tspn Baking Powder
- 1 Cup All Pupose Flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Powder Milk
- ½ tspn Yeast
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl
- Add butter and then gradually add milk
- Knead the dough and then let it rest for 2 hours in semi warm place
- Cut each kiri piece into 4 cubes
- Partition dough into 20 pieces
- Add kiri cube into each piece and gently close while making sure kiri is well wrapped inside the dough
- Let the balls rest for 10minutes
- Preheat the oil to medium heat or 165C
- Fry Luqimat untill golden brown
- Serve with Honey toppings
