Ingredients
  

  • tbsp Melted Butter Do not add warm butter
  • ½ Cup Milk Do not add warm milk
  • 5 pieces Kiri Cheese Cut each piece into 4 cubes

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 tspn Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup All Pupose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Powder Milk
  • ½ tspn Yeast
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl
  • Add butter and then gradually add milk
  • Knead the dough and then let it rest for 2 hours in semi warm place
  • Cut each kiri piece into 4 cubes
  • Partition dough into 20 pieces
  • Add kiri cube into each piece and gently close while making sure kiri is well wrapped inside the dough
  • Let the balls rest for 10minutes
  • Preheat the oil to medium heat or 165C
  • Fry Luqimat untill golden brown
  • Serve with Honey toppings
