Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 piece Egg Beaten
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 tbspn Melted Butter

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ΒΌ tsp Salt

Toppings

  • 1 Toppings Maple Syrup, Whipped Cream, Berries

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
  • Pour in the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir it gently until everything is combined. The batter may have small lumps.
  • Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat and pour 1/4 cup mixture onto the hot pan. (Butter the pan if it is not non-stick)
  • When bubbles start to appear on the top surface of pancakes after 1-2 minutes, turn over.
  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes until lightly brown.
  • Add Maple syrup and berries on top! Enjoy!
