Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 1 piece Egg Beaten
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 2 tbspn Melted Butter
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ΒΌ tsp Salt
Toppings
- 1 Toppings Maple Syrup, Whipped Cream, Berries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
- Pour in the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir it gently until everything is combined. The batter may have small lumps.
- Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat and pour 1/4 cup mixture onto the hot pan. (Butter the pan if it is not non-stick)
- When bubbles start to appear on the top surface of pancakes after 1-2 minutes, turn over.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until lightly brown.
- Add Maple syrup and berries on top! Enjoy!
